Refund policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to make the process as fair and transparent as possible.

For Stay Bookings:

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in are eligible for a full refund.
  • No-shows will not be eligible for refunds.


For Experiences/Workshops:

  • Cancellations made 7 Days prior to the session receive a full refund or credit toward future bookings.
  • Within 48 hours, bookings are non-refundable.

 

Refund Timeline:
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
